Each email thread becomes one Notion database item, keeping conversations centralized. When receiving a new email in an existing email thread, the new email is added to the existing Notion database item

We use the comments section from Notion to store the emails content, so you can easily follow the whole conversation there

You can reply directly from Notion! And the email is sent from your mailbox

Replies are sent from your own email address and visible in your mailbox (so you keep a backup in case you delete something by mistake in Notion)

No need to forward emails, the sync is real-time
