Just wanted to share something I've been working on!
When I was a kid, I played SkyRoads and it really stuck with me. I always thought it would be cool to bring that feeling back...fast, floaty, unforgiving racing (but with a synthwave theme).
I started building AstroDash during the VibeJam, and it slowly turned into a full project.
It's a fast-paced racing game where you try to survive tricky tracks and beat your best time.
I also used AI to help with some parts of the development...things like shader code, rough level layouts and music.
